1. Core Principles & Transparency
At Trailer Loads Connect (operated by Sri Kanakamaha Lakshmi Piling Works), we believe in absolute operational fairness. Our revenue model does NOT rely on retaining user funds for services that were not satisfactorily rendered.
This policy outlines your entitlements regarding contact reveal tickets, load listing cancellations, and token advances.
2. Contact Reveal Ticket Refund Policy
Users purchase single-use contact reveal tickets (₹50 for standard return loads; ₹150 for heavy machinery/ODC specialized trailers) to unlock direct verified mobile numbers of counterparties.
You are entitled to an immediate replacement of your contact reveal ticket if any of the following circumstances occur:
- The disclosed phone number is continuously switched off, invalid, or belongs to an unrelated party.
- The vehicle or load was already finalized or cancelled prior to your ticket unlock timestamp.
- The load details (weight, dimensions, or origin/destination) were materially misrepresented by the lister.
Condition: Claims must be reported to our dispatch desk within 2 hours of unlocking the contact.
3. Free Cancellation of Load & Vehicle Postings
Load Providers and Trailer Owners can post listings on TLC completely free of charge. You maintain full freedom to cancel, pause, or remove your active listing at any time directly through your dashboard with zero cancellation fee.
4. Monetary Refund Timelines & Settlement
When a monetary refund is approved by our billing desk (for example, in the case of duplicate payment gateway deductions or wallet balance withdrawals):
5 to 7 Business Days
Funds are credited directly to your original payment source (UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking) via Razorpay.
Instant Credit (< 5 Mins)
Ticket credits re-issued to your in-app wallet can be used immediately to unlock another verified load.
5. How to Submit a Refund or Ticket Replacement Request
